Eric Guo, the founder, expanded the business into real - estate wholesaling in Saipan, CNMI, United States. Since then, the group has renovated over 100 single - family houses, more than 300 multi - family apartment units, and developed over 100 hectares of land.
2006
JZ Group (Jiang Zheng Group), a renowned real - estate brand, was established in Shanghai, China. During its prosperous period, it had over 25 offices and more than 500 employees, helping thousands of clients find their dream homes across China. It also participated in the development of two major apartment projects in central China, with over 700 apartment units

Eric Guo

Founder of JZ Group, with over 20 years of full-time experience in real estate across China, Oceania, and North America, involved in real estate transactions totaling over USD 2 billion. He has managed more than 1,500 residential units, primarily concentrated in the Sunbelt region of the United States.

He operates the social media platform “老郭聊地产” (Mr. Guo Talks Real Estate), where he shares real estate investment insights and EB-5 due diligence strategies tailored for Chinese investors through videos and courses that covers topics such as residential real estate, Airbnb, commercial real estate (specialty in multifamily) and real estate related tax issues. The platform has attracted over 100,000 subscribers to date

Ying (“Caitlin”) Yang

Caitlin Yang is co-founder of JZ Group LLC.  Caitlin’s main responsibility is underwriting all deals and working with attorneys and CPAs for all the back-office administration work. Caitlin graduated as a computer science major from Georgia Institute of Technology for her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She worked in the IT industry for over twenty years. She has owned and managed multiple single-family properties since 2004 and has invested in commercial real estate such as industrial and multifamily since 2015.
