The company focuses on real estate brokerage, property management, land development, wholesale (residential and commercial) and multifamily syndication in Shanghai, Saipan (American Pacific Islands), and the U.S. Eric worked his way up as a sales agent and managed 350 sales agents within twenty-five real estate brokerage offices. Deal negotiation is his specialty. He has overseen over $2 billion in real estate transactions over the past eighteen years. Eric has a real estate related social media channel called “Mr. Gu's Talk About Real Estate” and has over 50,000 high net worth subscribers. The channel covers topics such as residential real estate, Airbnb, commercial real estate (specialty in multifamily), real estate related tax issues, and immigration topics such as EB1, EB5, etc.
Caitlin Yang
Ying (“Caitlin”) Yang. Caitlin Yang is co-founder of JZ Group LLC. Caitlin’s main responsibility is underwriting all deals and working with attorneys and CPAs for all the back-office administration work. Caitlin graduated as a computer science major from Georgia Institute of Technology for her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. She worked in the IT industry for over twenty years. She has owned and managed multiple single-family properties since 2004 and has invested in commercial real estate such as industrial and multifamily since 2015.
