Our Company

Welcome to Jiang Zheng ("JZ Group"), a renowned real estate brand established in Shanghai, China back in 2006. With over 25 offices and 500+ employees during its prosperous period, we have helped thousands of clients find their dream homes across China. Our involvement also includes the development of two prominent apartment projects comprising over 700 units in the middle part of China.

In 2016, our founder, Eric Guo, expanded our operations as a real estate wholesaler in Saipan, CNMI, Unites States. Since then, we have flipped over 100 single-family houses and more than 300 units of multifamily apartments and developed over 100 hectares of land. From 2021, JZ shifted its focus to multifamily syndication, currently managing over 1,000 multifamily units.
