  • Eric Guo founded JZ Group in 2006, operating 25 branch offices across China with a team of over 500 professionals, specializing in residential sales and development.
  • In 2016, he entered the U.S. Saipan market, where he has transacted and held over 1 million square feet of land, renovated more than 100 single-family homes, and developed over 300 multifamily units. Within three years, his company became one of the most recognized real estate firms on the island by transaction volume.
  • Since 2021, Eric Guo has focused on stable, cash-flowing commercial real estate across the U.S., serving global Chinese investors. He currently manages over 1,500 rental units across Texas, Georgia, California, and other states.
  • Eric Guo also runs a social media platform called “Eric Guo Talks Real Estate,” where he has produced over 300 educational videos and in-depth project analyses on real estate investment and EB-5 projects, attracting a community of 100,000+ Chinese subscribers.
  • In 2023, he launched the first comprehensive real estate investment training program for Chinese investors, including EB-5 due diligence video courses, which have received widespread acclaim.
